The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi Hotel, Shanghai

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and well laid out, making great use of the club lounge, which was a fantastic escape. The room was big, clean, and overall very comfortable. However, the dining options were not ideal for International or Muslim/Vegetarian guests, and while the breakfast spread was varied, it fell short of excellence. The service provided was excellent and attentive at all times, offering the highest levels of guest service. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, cafes, and high-end shopping, offering great convenience. The hotel's facilities were modern and well-appointed, contributing to a pleasant overall experience.

The view of Shanghai was amazing, and the room was quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean, modern, and had all the expected 5-star amenities. The service was a bit of a mixed bag but overall helpful and even tailored our room for our anniversary. The location was very convenient, right next to Xitiandi and close to subway stations. The dining experience, while offering both Western and Chinese selections, had some disappointing aspects with limited choices. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
